Boutique Hotel Dobra Vila Bovec, Bovec

The hotel is nestled in its own park at the entrance to Bovec, offering stunning views of the Julian mountains. The rooms, though cozy, could benefit from better lighting and a coffee/tea maker. The service was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location is picturesque, ideal for hiking and skiing enthusiasts, with convenient parking available. The dining experience was delightful, featuring a variety of homemade dishes with attention to detail. However, the room's lighting and size could be improved, and prices are slightly on the higher side.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The grand old building was a wonderful backdrop for our 2-night visit in Bovec. The rooms were fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Alps with sunbeds. The only downside was the TV volume late at night, but it was still bearable.

Driving through the 50 hairpin bends to reach the hotel at Vrsic Pass was worth it for the garden view rooms. The service, led by the knowledgeable owner, was exceptional, although there was a slight hiccup with the booking system. The tranquil location just outside the town was perfect, and the dining experience in the conservatory was superb.
